At Antal Hayat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns
You may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To qualify, items must be in their original packaging and condition.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item received). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
